Antonio José Puerta Pérez (phát âm tiếng Tây Ban Nha: [anˈtonjo ˈpweɾta]; 26 tháng 11 năm 1984 - 28 tháng 8 năm 2007) là một cầu thủ bóng đá người Tây Ban Nha chỉ chơi cho Sevilla.[1]Chủ yếu là một tiền vệ trái, người cũng có thể đóng vai trò là một hậu vệ trái, anh ấy đã chết vào ngày 28 tháng 8 năm 2007 bị ảnh hưởng bởi chứng loạn sản tâm thất phải, ba ngày sau khi bị một loạt các cơn ngừng tim trong trận đấu La Liga với Getafe vào ngày 25. Puerta giành được năm danh hiệu với câu lạc bộ duy nhất của mình.
