We have Thể loại:Derivative works with files that should be checked. I closed c:Commons:Deletion requests/Template:FoP-Vietnam as keep because Vietnam have Freedom of Panorama. But not for all things. In short there is no problem for 3D things placed in a public place (buildings, bridges, statues etc.) but if it is a 2D thing (paintings etc.) then there may be a problem. For things that are small and can be moved around easily then FOP generally do not apply. So if someone take a painting or a book or a toy and place it somewhere public and take a photo then that will not work.

Also the creator should be mentioned if known. So if someone take photos of buildings, statues etc. they should look for a plate to see if the creator of the statue is known or perhaps google and try to see who made the building or bridge.

So if there is a local page about FOP it should be checked to see if it is up to date. Also for files of statues etc uploaders should be asked if they know the creator so the creator can be mentioned.

Files of 2D works and other works not covered by FOP should be deleted (nominated for deletion) or used as fair use.
