Phyllonorycter phyllocytisi là một loài bướm đêm thuộc họ Gracillariidae. Nó được tìm thấy ở Pháp, Tây Ban Nha và Ý.Ấu trùng ăn Cytisus sessilifolius. Chúng ăn lá nơi chúng làm tổ.
