Hội đồng Bảo hiến (Conseil constitutionnel) là cơ quan giám sát hiến pháp của Pháp, được thành lập vào ngày 4 tháng 10 năm 1958. Hội đồng Bảo hiến có nhiệm vụ xem xét tính hợp hiến của luật, những văn bản nhất định và giám sát bầu cử, trưng cầu ý dân.
